12-month Front Office opening:
Our hotel in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking four motivated international candidates for a 12-month J-1 Front Office Internship/Traineeship.
Known as “Music City,” Nashville is one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States and offers a unique blend of live music, cultural attractions, professional sports, and Southern hospitality. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable U.S. hospitality experience while living in one of America’s most exciting destinations.
Position Overview
As a Front Office Intern/Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in:
- Guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Reservations and room assignments
- Handling guest inquiries and requests
- Telephone and email communication
- Cash handling and payment processing
- Working with hotel property management systems
- Collaborating with housekeeping and other hotel departments

- Pay: $13.00–$19.00 USD per hour

Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following J-1 Internship/Traineeship eligibility requirements:
Internship Program
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary hospitality, tourism, or hotel management program outside the United States.
Traineeship Program
- Hospitality degree plus at least one year of relevant full-time work experience outside the United States.
OR
- At least five years of relevant hospitality work experience outside the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Good English communication skills
- Customer service experience is an asset
