J-1 Front Office Training Program
During your training, you will gain hands-on experience in:
• Delivering exceptional guest service by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
• Providing warm, personalized greetings and creating memorable arrival and departure experiences for hotel guests.
• Managing guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Answering guest inquiries, handling telephone communications, and providing accurate information about hotel services and amenities.
• Learning hotel computer systems and property management systems to support daily front office operations.
• Managing shift responsibilities, cash handling procedures, and daily front desk processes.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of hotel services, room types, rates, amenities, local attractions, restaurants, and guest resources.
• Monitoring room availability, sales strategies, discounts, and guest loyalty program benefits.
• Communicating effectively with guests, associates, and managers while resolving guest concerns professionally.
• Supporting teamwork and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

J-1 Internship/Trainee Program Eligibility Requirements:
Candidates must meet one of the following requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary hospitality education program.
OR
• Hold a hospitality degree with at least 1 year of relevant work experience outside the United States.
OR
• Have at least 5 years of relevant hospitality work experience outside the United States.
